Cancellation Policy

BOARDING CANCELLATIONS

Reservations become final 2 days prior to the check-in date. Cancellations made after than time will be billed in full. Deposits are fully refundable up until 14 days prior to the scheduled check in date.

HOLIDAY BOARDING CANCELLATION

Reservations become final (4) DAYS prior to the check in date. Cancellations made after that time will be charged in full. Deposits are fully refundable up until 14 days prior to the scheduled check in date.

DAYCARE CANCELLATION

Please call or email in to cancel your dog's daycare. Same day cancellations or no shows will be billed.
